Grade-specific counseling programs are structured, counselor-led programs with specific action items and deliverables per grade. These programs are intended for students who need help staying on track, identifying unique opportunities, and managing the ever-changing admissions landscape. We strongly recommend this option for families who are unfamiliar with the college application process or want a tailored, white-glove experience in which every detail is managed by a seasoned expert to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
Fundamental programs are ideal for motivated, independent students who are strong writers and thrive with clear direction and support. After receiving personalized advice and instruction from their counselor, students are empowered to take ownership of their process and complete their own assignments between sessions. While students are expected to stay engaged, think critically, and give their best effort, counselors remain actively involved throughout—offering clear guidance, detailed feedback, and consistent support to keep students on track.
Comprehensive programs offer additional depth and breadth and are ideal for students who benefit from a more hands-on, collaborative approach and want a strategic partner from start to finish. These programs grant direct access to our most experienced counselors and specialists (athletic recruitment, performing arts, visual arts, etc.), who work closely with students during sessions to complete key tasks – and if something doesn’t get done between meetings, the counselor will help ensure it gets done together.
